Jen masterminded the growth of The Endeavour Centre, and she first suggested the idea for the Builders for Climate Action project in the fall of 2019. Her practical support and guidance have ensured that BfCA and BEAM have stayed on track. Her uncanny logistics enabled the growth and development of the tool and provide the stable backbone for its next step as a publicly-facing tool.
